The conditions for the FIRST MINUTE discount

• book your stay till December 20, 2023
• pay the deposit in the amount of 50 % of your stay til latest January 31, 2024
• pay the rest of your stay in the amount of 50 % latest 1 month before arrival

Accommodation

Not hotel but our sales department allocates the room of selected category to our guests.

If you would like to reserve concrete room number, you can make  a reservations for an extra fee of 40 EUR, but this fee is non-refundable.

If you would like to change the room before your arrival or during your stay, it is possible for an extra fee of 40 EUR, but only if free capacity is available.
In case there is only one room of selected type and category (for example suite or studio), then such room is not a subject of the fee for the particular room reservation.

It is not allowed to stay in our hotels with dogs or other animals with regarding to the treated indications.

It is forbidden to smoke in all spa hotels and pensions.

Prices for boarding

• Price for breakfast, lunch and dinner in variants of selection and selection PLUS (as per the type of the hotel, villa or pension)
• We can ensure reduction, low-fat, low cholesterol and, diabetes diets, vegetarian diet is also possible too.
• Accommodation with half board includes breakfast and dinner
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is possible for an extra charge
• Prices are in EUR per person and include VAT

Prices for boarding for children from 3 to 11 years

• Price for breakfast, lunch and dinner in variants selection and selection PLUS (as per the type of the hotel, villa or pension)
• Prices are in EUR per a child from 3 to 11 years and include VAT

Accommodation without boarding

If you prefer an accommodation without boarding, you can choose only villas Alpská růže**** or Chaloupka****.

There is due to have minimally the breakfast in other our accommodation´s capacities.

Stays with children

If you would like to visit our spa with your children, we recommend you to choose the hotel Jurkovičův dům or villas Chaloupka and Alpská růže. 

Hotel Alexandria is hospitable only for children over 12 years of age.

Discounts for children

Children up to 3 years are FREE OF CHARGE without  services.
Children from 3 to 11 years have DISCOUNT 50 % on accommodation and children meals.
Above mentioned discounts are valid for children accommodated at the same room as the accompanying adult person. 
Small children up to 2,5 years can have a children´s bed for an extra fee 8 EUR/night.

Procedure change

Some of stay packages have fixed procedures, change of these procedures  is impossible. These stays are provided without doctor´s prescribtion. The combination of procedures in these packages were established by our spa specialists. We offer different stays with different combinations of spa procedures. Choose such a stay that fits to you perfectly.

The change of procedures is possible only due to health reasons by the stays with doctor´s consultation. You don’t pay for procedures change only by sthe stay with doctor´s consultation. For any change of already timed procedure you will pay an extra cost of 4 EUR.

Price and payment of your stay

Prices of stays are in EUR, include VAT and all mentioned procedures. In case the stay will take place in two seasons, the total price is calculated for each season separately and then summed up. In case the stay is prolonged, the price per each additional night/nights is calculated as per the particular season of prolonged days.

Prices of stays do not include any insurance. We recommend to our customers to take out travel insurance before traveling.

Prices of services not mentioned on our website will be communicated by our sales department or hotel reception upon a request. Please, check all prices before sending your order.

The payment of the stay must be made according to the General Terms and Conditions of the company Spa Luhačovice.

The seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer in accordance with the Sales Records Act. The seller is obliged to register the received revenue online with the tax administrator online at the same time; in case of a technical outage within 48 hours at the latest.

Prices of stays do not include local accommodation tax.

According the general binding notice No. 6/2022 of the city Luhačovice from 1st of January 2023 is required to pay local accommodation tax in the height 50 CZK per day.

Every person over 18 years of age pays local accommodation tax.  

Acute medical treatment

Programs of particular stays do not include the possibility of consultation with a physician in case your health condition changes. The client must pay the acute medical treatment by the spa physician on site.

Possibility of acute medical checkup during your stay:

1. You can visit the spa doctor during 7 am – 3 pm. You have to pay the charge of 370 CZK plus the price of provided medicines and used medical material.
2. Acute medical checkup paid from the health insurance is offered by the general practitioner at the hotel Palace on working days during his standard office hours.
3. During weekends and bank holidays the physician has following office hours:
Saturday/bank holiday except Sundays 7.00 am – 3.00 pm
Sunday/bank holiday on Sunday 12.00 pm – 8.00 pm

Outside of the office hours of our physicians you can contact our nurses at the infirmaries with non-stop service at the hotels Palace (infirmary 577 681 130, reception 577 681 111) and Morava (infirmary 577 671 830, reception 577 681 811).

Ask for more information at the reception of your hotel or at the particular infirmary.

Ordering a stay

Order your stay in written form. Properly issued and sent order is binding for the client. Confirmation of the stay order creates a contractual relationship between the client and the spa (the contract). The subject of the contract is the commitment of the spa to provide the client with the stay and ensure the agreed services in the agreed extent and quality, and the client's commitment to pay the agreed price to the spa.

Order change

Changing the confirmed order means changing the start date or changing the services (changing the stay, length of the stay, the accommodation facility or the room, changing the boarding type or the method of payment). For such a change the customer pays a lump-sum fee of 4 EUR.

General Terms and Conditions

The contractual relationship between the company Spa Luhačovice and the client is governed by the General Terms and Conditions sent to the client together with the stay order confirmation.
