Luxury ALEXANDRIA**** Spa & Wellness Hotel is a combination of tradition and modern architecture. Both faces of the spa complex complement each other. The two-floor wellness centre carries the old Roman décor. Both wellness floors are connected with a panoramic elevator. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY:

Arrival:

Check in at the reception of the main hotel building at Masarykova 567, 763 26 Luhačovice (map of the spa town).
Arrival at the hotel is only possible to unload and load luggage and to pick up the parking card.

Parking:

covered parking 100 m from the hotel, fee 10 EUR/day, advance reservation at the hotel reception required (telephone: +420 577 682 700)
2025: parking in the new car park with the possibility of charging electric cars (200 m)

Transfer:

Transfer of the BAD Luhačovice AG from Vienna to Luhačovice and back - every Sunday:

for a fee of 39 EURO per person and direction

Departure on Sunday

2:00 p.m. - departure from Vienna (Westbahnhof-Felberstraße/at the car park), estimated arrival in Luhačovice at 5:00 p.m.
2:20 pm – departure from Floridsdorf (Am Spitz)

Return journey on Sunday

9:00 am – departure from Luhačovice, estimated arrival in Vienna (Westbahnhof) at 12:00 a.m.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in: rooms available from 2:00 p.m., wellness centre from 11:00 a.m.
Check-out: rooms available until 10:00 a.m., wellness centre available until 2:00 pm.

It is possible to extend the use of the room and wellness centre at an extra cost of 40 EUR per person until 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability; must be booked in advance).

Meals:

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Lunch snack: 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (lunch snack can be taken on the day of arrival, it is no longer included on the day of departure)
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Dress code: casual in the restaurants, bar and club.
