Romantic villa "Chaloupka" was built in 1902. Current look of the villa is a result of complex reconstruction during 1995 – 1997. Both exterior and interior corresponds to the original architectural intention of Dušan Jurkovič.

Description of the villa

EXCLUSIVE HOTEL SERVICES Jurkovičův dům**** included in the price:

• small lunch snack (except on arrival and departure days) including drinks (12:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.)
• drinks at lunch and dinner (coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine)
• coffee and tea service in the Lux and Suite rooms (2025: all rooms)
• free access to the swimming pool (11x7m), whirlpool (7:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m.) and sauna (3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.); children accompanied at certain times (7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.)
• healthy snacks by the pool according to the daily menu (fruit and water)
• water aerobics (fitness exercises in the pool) once a week
• 2025: 1x weekly evening relaxation exercises in the pool by candlelight

Arrival: 

• Villa Chaloupka**** is an annex of the Jurkovičův dům**** hotel
• Check-in at the reception of the Jurkovičův dům**** hotel: Lázeňské náměstí 109, 763 26 Luhačovice (map of the spa)
• It is only possible to access the hotel to unload and load luggage and to pick up a parking card
• from Uherský Brod: At the roundabout (in the centre of town by the municipal authority), take the third exit onto Masarykova Street and turn right after the Elektra shopping centre, then right again and follow Nábřeží Street along the Stavnice River to the hotel. The entrance to the wellness area is blocked by a column. To gain access, ring the bell on the door on the left 10 metres before the column.
• from Zlín: At the roundabout (in the city centre by the municipal authority) take the first exit into Masarykova Street and turn right after the Elektra shopping centre, then right again and follow the pedestrian zone along Nábřeží Street along the Stavnice River to the hotel wellness area. The entrance to the wellness area is blocked by a bollard. To enable access, ring the bell on the gatepost on the left 10 metres before the bollard.

Parking: 

• in the car park at the spa theatre (approx. 50 m) for a fee of 4 EUR/day
• in the spa park car park (approx. 650 m away) for a fee of 4.80 EUR/day
• Reservation of a parking space in advance at the reception (contact: +420 577 682 800)

Transfer: 

Transfer of the company BAD Luhačovice from Vienna to Luhačovice and back – every Sunday:

• for a fee of 39 EURO per person and direction

Departure on Sunday

• 2:00 p.m. – departure from Vienna (Westbahnhof-Felberstraße/at the car park), estimated arrival in Luhačovice at 5:00 p.m.
• 2:20 p.m. – departure from Floridsdorf (Am Spitz)

Return journey on Sunday

• 9:00 a.m. – departure from Luhačovice, estimated arrival in Vienna (Westbahnhof) at 12:00 a.m.
