• drinks at lunch and dinner (coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine)
• coffee and tea service in the Lux and Suite rooms (2025: all rooms)
• free access to the swimming pool (11x7m), whirlpool (7:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m.) and sauna (3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.); children accompanied at certain times (7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.)
• healthy snacks by the pool according to the daily menu (fruit and water)
• water aerobics (fitness exercises in the pool) once a week
• 2025: 1x weekly evening relaxation exercises in the pool by candlelight

STAY INFORMATION: 

Arrival: 

• check-in at the hotel reception.

• From Uherský Brod: From the roundabout (in the city centre at the municipal authority) take the third exit onto Masarykova Street and turn right behind the Elektra cultural centre, then right again and follow Nábřeží Street along the Šťávnice River to the hotel. The entrance to the spa zone is blocked by a bollard. To enable entry, ring the bell on the gate post on the left 10 metres before the bollard.
• Arriving from Zlín, Vizovice: from the roundabout (in the city centre near the town hall) take the first exit into Masarykova Street and turn right behind the Elektra shopping centre, then right again and walk along Nábřeží Street along the Šťávnice River to the hotel. The entrance to the spa zone is blocked by a bollard. To enable entry, ring the bell on the left-hand side of the gatepost 10 metres before the bollard.

Parking: 

• Car park at the spa theatre (approx. 50 m) for a fee of 4 EUR/day, advance reservation at the reception required (contact: +420 577 682 800)
• in the spa park car park (approx. 1,200 m) for a fee of 4.80 EUR/day

Transfer:

Transfer of the BAD Luhačovice AG from Vienna to Luhačovice and back – every Sunday:

• for a fee of 39 EURO per person and direction

Departure on Sunday  

• 2:00 p.m. – departure from Vienna (Westbahnhof-Felberstraße/at the car park), estimated arrival in Luhačovice at 5:00 p.m.
• 2:20 p.m. – departure from Floridsdorf (Am Spitz)

Return journey on Sunday

• 9:00 a.m. – departure from Luhačovice, estimated arrival in Vienna (Westbahnhof) at 12:00 a.m.
