Indulge in moments of relaxation and rest and enjoy the atmosphere of ancient Roman baths after your demanding work. Their typical program began with intensive physical activities to relax the body and get your circulation going. You then passed through the baths from the coolest to the warmest, where you only stayed for a few moments. After this the body was prepared for a massage. The ancient spa tradition has not become outdated and today its new concept is offered by the Alexandria Wellness Centre.
